OVERVIEW
Autumn joined MMCN as an associate in 2006 as a member of the litigation group where she primarily practices construction, business and real estate litigation. Autumn received her J.D. in December 2005. While in law school, Autumn serve as a law clerk for the United State’s Attorney’s Office in San Jose, California and the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. She also worked as a research assistant pursuing post-conviction cases and drafting a civil rights complaint, while at the Northern California Innocence Project.

For her undergraduate education, Autumn attended Santa Clara University and graduated in 1996, receiving a B.A. in Broadcast Communication and a minor in Spanish. While at Santa Clara University, Autumn was a staff writer for the university’s weekly newspaper.

Prior to joining the firm, Autumn worked in high-tech public relations for eight years. During that time she worked closely with corporate executives and fostered positive relationships with members of the business press.

Autumn is a native of California and lives with her husband in San Jose..
