OVERVIEW
Amber Crothall practices in the firm's civil litigation group, primarily in real estate matters. Amber represents real estate agents and brokers, homeowners, and contractors in a variety of real estate and construction cases. She also handles employment cases and other general business litigation matters.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

	•		Representation of a building owner in the prosecution of a construction defect claim against a general contractor and subcontractors.
	•		Representation of a home buyer in a matter against the seller and seller's agent.
	•		Representation of a general contractor in a government claim against a public entity.
