OVERVIEW
David Kornbluh has over 10 years of business litigation experience
with a primary emphasis on employment related disputes, including
representing clients in age, race, gender and disability discrimination,
sexual harassment and wrongful termination litigation. In addition,
David represents clients in business, partnership, landlord/tenant
and real estate disputes. He has extensive experience representing
clients in both state and federal courts as well as administrative
agencies, such as the Labor Commissioner, Department of Fair
Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
and Workers Compensation Appeals Board.

discrimination lawsuit in the Federal Court of the Northern
District of California.

Defeated a nationwide class action claim for unfair business
practices for a national health information client by having

Resolved claims of sexual harassment brought against a
client through mediation.
