OVERVIEW
Dave has been a partner of the firm for more than 30 years. During that time, Dave established himself as one of the preeminent attorneys in Northern California. Driven by a competitive spirit, Dave began as a civil litigation attorney with an emphasis in construction, business and real estate litigation. Dave’s practice then evolved to the role of counselor where he now provides business, investment and estate planning advice for his clients. Dave is respected throughout the legal community as a brilliant legal mind with unique insight and creativity to analyze and resolve legal issues.

Dave has also tremendously influenced the firm as to how our attorneys practice law. Dave served as the managing partner of the firm for more than 25 years. Under his guidance, the firm grew with Santa Clara County and represented the largest developers and general contractors. At the same time, Dave emphasized the firm’s ability to serve as a full service counsel to our clients. As a result of his influence, our firm has represented many of its clients for more than a quarter of a century.

In recent years, Dave successfully negotiated commercial leases and development agreements for multi-million dollar properties, completed the purchase and sale of commercial and development projects, and assisted a multi-million dollar company restructure its debts and liabilities through the sale of a portion of its assets. On a more personal level, Dave continues to provide estate planning and tax advice to both new and long time clients in an effort to allow people to maximize their wealth. In addition, Dave continues to set the bar for the quality of legal service that our firm provides to all of its clients.
