OVERVIEW
Frank has been with the firm since 1974 and has over 30 years of
construction litigation experience. Frank’s clients range
from multi-million dollar construction companies with nationwide
building projects to local Bay Area contractors. Frank’s
expertise spans both public and private construction projects,
and includes extensive experience representing clients before
both State and Federal courts and in trials, arbitrations and
mediations. In addition, Frank provides valued counsel on construction
law issues to numerous long-standing clients. As a result of
his success, Frank has received the prestigious AV rating from
Martindale Hubble, been honored as one of “America’s
Leading Lawyers for Business” by Chambers & Partners
Legal Publishers, and been named as a “Northern California
Super Lawyer” by the publishers of San Francisco Magazine.

payment claim in federal court against an owner arising from
construction of a manufacturing plant.
