OVERVIEW
Katherine Pak has over 14 years of experience in dealing with diverse business-related issues and disputes, initially as a litigator and then as a transactional attorney. Katherine has represented general contractors, real estate brokers and agents, developers, PCB manufacturers, motorcycle manufacturers, franchises, and other commercial and individual clients. Katherine has provided representation to various business owners in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, sale and purchase agreement disputes, lease disputes and employment agreement disputes, as well as intellectual property ownership disputes. Katherine’s practice includes advising clients on tax planning, assisting clients in selection and formation of entities, and negotiating and documenting various business transactions. Katherine also provides services relating to trademark and copyright registration.

Representation of a gas station owner in negotiating and documenting the sale of a gas station.

Representation of a metal-plating business owner in purchasing another plating business in bankruptcy and subsequent sale to a third party.

Ongoing representation of a national motorcycle manufacturer on diverse business-related issues, including dispute over ownership of designs.

Successful representation of individual clients in trust litigation.

Representation of non-profit organizations in successfully obtaining and maintaining exemption status.
