OVERVIEW
Roger Liu practices in the firm’s litigation group, with
an emphasis on the construction industry. In his construction practice,
Roger represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and
design professionals, handling a broad spectrum of issues including
contract review, bid protests and subcontractor bid issues, construction
claims including scope of work changes, impact and delay assessment,
mechanics’ liens, stop notice and bond claims, and defect
cases. A former prosecutor, Roger has a significant trial background
that he utilizes in his current practice.
Roger also enjoys longboard surfing, wrestling, fishing and raising
two large German Shepherd dogs.
