OVERVIEW
Wesley joined MMCN as an associate in 2005 as a member of the litigation
group where he primarily practices construction, business and
real estate litigation.
Wesley received his J.D from Santa Clara University where he finished
in the top 3% of his class, graduating magna cum laude and as a
member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Wesley served
as the Senior Comments Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and
volunteered at the Alexander Law Clinic in the business division.
For his undergraduate education, Wesley attended Vanderbilt University
and graduated in 2000, receiving a B.A. in Economics and a minor
in business administration. While at Vanderbilt University, Wesley
played lacrosse and worked as a teaching assistant in accounting.
Wesley was born and raised in Santa Barbara where he attended
the Cate School and served as assistant lacrosse coach
while working for the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s Office.
In his free time, he enjoys racing in triathlons, surfing, playing
tennis, skiing and cooking.
