OVERVIEW
Bill Hurley has more than 21 years of construction law experience,
with an emphasis in representing general contractors in all
facets of private and public construction, such as contract
negotiation and preparation of prime contracts, subcontracts
and purchase orders. Bill has provided representation to developers
and general contractors in negotiating and preparing contract
documents on commercial and residential construction projects.
He has also represented general contractors in bid disputes
on public works projects, claim preparation and claim evaluation,
prosecution and defense of contractor claims, and prosecution
and defense of mechanic’s lien claims.
He has extensive
experience representing clients in state courts, at arbitration
tribunals such as the American Arbitration Association
and in private mediation. Bill also acts as a mediator and
arbitrator in construction related disputes.

claims for breach of contract and foreclosure of mechanic’s
